This Ain't Your Grandma's Shoelace Knot

Running shoe 0Most people still tie their shoes using the same old knot that they mastered in pre-school and as a result many people find their shoes laces frequently coming undone. This is unacceptable for runners. The truth is that the standard shoelace knot is the easiest to learn but the least reliable knot. Check out this knot for grown ups.
