Enter the grill press...

Since bacon is cooked on a flat surface (griddle or pan), the grill press you buy should be flat on the bottom.
The main benefit of the grill press is that it puts pressure on the bacon, forcing it to make perfect contact with the cooking surface. The results are: Quicker cooking and crispier bacon!
How Do I Use The Grill Press?
Step 1: Preheat the grill press: When the griddle is being preheating, simply place the grill press on the griddle's surface.

Step 2: Apply the grill press to the bacon: Once the bacon starts to shrink and deform, simply place the press on top of the bacon.

Step 3: Flip bacon over: After you are satifisfied with the level of cooking for the bottom side of the bacon, flip it over with a fork. Reapply the press when done.

Step 4: Remove excess grease: When you are satisfied with the level of cooking for the other side of the bacon, remove it from the grill. Remember to remove the excess grease from the bacon with a paper towel (gotta watch that waist line).

The grill press is extremely handy for creating fantastic grill marks in steak and burgers as well.
Enjoy : )

So we've all been here before (see image at left). You are just trying to cook yourself some fantastic bacon for breakfast but it keeps twisting and turning around on the griddle. Not only does the irregular shape of the bacon make it difficult to manipulate, but it also takes longer to cook because the heat transfer is crippled by the spaces created. What's a person to do?
